What type of events do you specialize in?
We at Beaux Marie Designs specialize in modern and luxury design for events. Types of events can range from birthdays, dinner parties, baby showers, graduations, holiday, corporate, wedding receptions and more.
What is the average cost for an event?
All event costs will be determined by the type of event, time frame for planning, vendor services, and the amount of people. Event packages are not offered. A price quote will be provided after an event date is booked. Full event planning services is provided to clients with a minimum budget starting at $5,200.00. Further event requirements will be listed in the event contract.
How far in advance are events required to be planned?
Most events require at least 4-8 weeks for planning. Weddings, corporate or events with extensive design and theme may require planning 6-10 months in advance.
What is your availability?
Beaux Marie Designs is only available to provide services for weekend events only.
How soon does the planning begin for an event?
If you desire to have Beaux Marie Designs assist you with planning your event, please be prepared to pay a consultation fee to discuss your vision and ideas. Later you will be required to book an event date. Once your event date is booked your consultation fee will go towards your event cost and we will provide an event proposal back to you within 2 weeks.
Do you offer day of event coordination?
For most events Beaux Marie Designs (event planner) will only be responsible for the decor plan and setup for your event. Weddings and corporate events will require an event coordinator. We will work closely with your event coordinator to share all the décor details to ensure the day of runs as smooth as possible.
Do you offer services outside of Los Angeles County?
Yes, we offer services for clients outside of Los Angeles County. Please know any location outside of Los Angeles County will include increase of travel expenses for the event planning team and vendors.
Do you offer other services outside of event planning?
Yes, The Beaux Marie.Co is a duo business combined with Beaux Marie Designs and Beaux Kitchen which offers catering services. Beaux Kitchen provides catering for private, small dinner parties. At this time catering for large parties are limited to 25 guests. Request for catering for over 25 guests will require services from our outside food vendors.
